At Lillian August, we take great pride in the quality of the products we offer and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item or are missing parts, please contact us within 3 days of receipt so that we can send out a replacement item, replacement parts or arrange for a technician to come out and service the item. If you wish to return an item please review our return policy and follow the procedures for making a return.
- Returns of in-stock furniture and accessory website orders accepted within 15 days of receipt.
- All floor samples, discounted, or as-is merchandise is final sale, no refunds, exchanges or service permitted.
- No Returns of in-stock furniture and accessories in-store purchases.
- Returns of in-stock rugs accepted within 3 days of receipt.
- No returns accepted on custom/special ordered items.
- No cancellations or changes to custom/special order items once an order has been placed with vendor.
- All returns and cancellations are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.
- No refunds or exchanges for furniture not fitting into a customer’s residence.
- We will always do our best to expedite orders, but we are not responsible for manufacturer’s delays.
Procedure For Making a Return
- Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request an RMA (return merchandise authorization) number. Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number.
- Lillian August will arrange for pickup of merchandise.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Once item is received back in warehouse Lillian August will issue a refund minus original shipping fees, return shipping fees and applicable restocking fees.
